Poplar Grove
Poplar Grove is a 6,000-acre development located in Charleston’s historic Plantation District. Located in a salt marsh estuary, the land is a mixture of tidal marshes, canals and wooded lands. Rather than crowd the property with thousands of homesites, the developer chose to place over 3,000 acres in a conservation easement with Ducks Unlimited. And we think that’s pretty cool.
