Southern Exposure
Southern Exposure is the brainchild of one of the most successful restaurateurs in Upstate South Carolina, Carl Sobocinski, and Greenville’s own Edwin McCain. It’s a three-day festival in downtown Greenville that features food, wine and music. And we’re not talking chicken-on-a-stick and banjos. We’re talking chefs like Thomas Keller of The French Laundry and musicians like Branford Marsalis. Yeah, that’s our kind of festival.
