All our work for Firehouse is centered around the notion that firefighters know and love good food. So Firehouse Subs won’t put anything on the table in one of their restaurants that they wouldn’t serve to their brothers and sisters in the fire station. In a nutshell, Firehouse Subs is founded by firemen. And you can taste it.
