Poplar Grove
When we set out to create a brand identity for Poplar Grove, we started noticing the number of properties that utilize lifestyle photography and all basically say the same thing. Poplar Grove is different. And we wanted to make sure that the advertising reflected that difference. It’s a conservation community, so there will never be tennis courts or a golf course. And we wanted to make sure we got that point across in the campaign. Poplar Grove is also a “green” community, so the use of green imagery seemed like a natural fit (pardon the pun) and helped to set the advertising apart from other real estate ads.
