Erwin-Penland Increases Its Verizon Wireless and Advance America Teams

GREENVILLE, S.C. [May 28, 2010] – Erwin-Penland (EP), one of the five largest advertising and marketing firms in the Southeast and a division of Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, has increased its Verizon Wireless and Advance America teams with the hiring of Chelsea Ashe, Jennifer Bell, Melissa Evertsen and Robert Howell.

Ashe joins EP’s Verizon Wireless team as a junior account executive. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing as well as her MBA from the University of Dayton.

Bell is a junior account executive on the Verizon Wireless team at EP after working at Demosphere International Inc. in Falls Church, Va., as a marketing intern. She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing.

Before joining EP’s Advance America team as a junior media planner, Evertsen worked as a media buyer and planning intern at 22squared in Tampa, Fla. Evertsen will be part of the EP media team and will be working on various agency accounts. A graduate of the University of Florida, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in advertising.

Howell comes to EP from ignition in Atlanta, where he worked as group account director. He will work as a senior account executive on the Verizon Wireless sports sponsorship team. Howell received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University.
