Erwin-Penland Bolsters Its Verizon Wireless Team with Two New Hires and Two Promotions

GREENVILLE, S.C. – October 1, 2009 – Erwin-Penland (EP) announces the growth of its Verizon Wireless team with the hiring of Britton Courtney and Kacie DuPuis and the promotion of Erin Ank and Trisha Russell. EP is one of the five largest advertising and marketing firms in the Southeast and a division of Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday.
Ank has been promoted from Senior Graphic Designer to Lead Graphic Designer. Having been at EP a little over two years, she will continue her work on the Verizon Wireless team. Ank received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
Courtney comes to EP from Color Graphics in San Francisco, where he worked as a Production Planner. At EP, Courtney will serve as a Print Production Manager on the Verizon Wireless team. He holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University.
DuPuis joins EP on the Verizon Wireless Midwest team as a Junior Account Executive. She is a recent graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Russell has also been promoted from Senior Graphic Designer to Lead Graphic Designer. Russell, who will celebrate her fourth anniversary at EP this January, will continue her efforts on both the Verizon Wireless and Greenville Humane Society accounts. Russell is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Design.
