Junior Account Executive

Supports client team by facilitating contact between client and agency. Gathers information from client and other external sources to guide agency work and helps coordinate efforts of creative, media, production and other agency disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications or other related discipline.
  • Proficient with standard business software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, good listener.
  • Well organized, strong planning skills.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, quick study.


Duties:

  • Demonstrates ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Keeps apprised of clients’ products/services, competitive set and target audience attributes.
  • Serves as client contact for specific agency assignments.
  • Analyzes client data and creates action plan for agency assignments.
  • Coordinates the development of the marketing activities for jobs specifically assigned in accordance with the client’ objectives, timing and budget limitations.
  • Assists in providing strategic direction by helping with creative briefs and other internal documents.
  • Manages timelines and ensures consistent adherence to established deadlines.
  • Approves work for accuracy and coordinates client and internal approvals.
  • Assists with client billing and other account administration.
