You wouldn’t think it from looking at her, but Cynthia is a matchmaker.
She brings together what a consumer wants and what a client can offer the consumer. Remember that X factor we talked about earlier, that edge that helps a brand meet the consumer where he or she is, or wants to be? Well, Cynthia puts 20 years of experience in agency, corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurial environments to help us find it.
And she does it by reversing the usual way agencies go about marketing. She starts with the guy in a supermarket considering a move from iceberg to arugula or the couple looking to eat out on Friday or the single mom needing to stretch a dollar. Cynthia brings the point of view of the consumer to the table first. And then works back from there.
Specializing in working with high-growth companies, she has brought creative solutions to clients in a diverse range of industries that includes manufacturing, health care, banking and finance, and print and electronic communications.
Cynthia knows that no successful brand can fake out the consumer. To grow your share, you have to build a relationship based on who you really are.
