Round Table

Round Table

2009 Team Members

It’s easier to feel the pulse of an agency when you have 20 staffers. 200? Not so much.

That’s where Round Table comes in. This group of employees keeps our senior management more responsive and attuned to what our employees are thinking and what our clients are saying. Not that they consider themselves knights or anything.

Round Table is also a very effective forum for our employees to bring up concerns, questions, or ideas to the larger group. Everyone has the ear of senior management, but Round Table is a megaphone for amplifying your thoughts.

And those thoughts can be about most anything. There are no dumb questions (mostly). In the past, Round Table has addressed everything from parking issues to employee benefits to ongoing professional training.

As you can see from this photo (taken at the 2008 EP Retreat that they helped plan,) they don't take themselves too seriously. What they do take seriously is their responsibility to make EP a place where our employees can grow in skill and experience while growing the brands in our care.

If there’s any Holy Grail these men and women are after, it’s being the kind of agency that prospective, current, and former employees talk about as a great place to work.
